Chers adhérents, chers amis,
October is traditionally a very busy month for us as it announces our biggest event of the year, Passport to France!
As you will have seen from our beautiful invitation and the emails we have sent on the subject, this year's celebration promises to be the biggest and most festive yet. Thanks to your enthusiastic participation our VIP section is sold out, but a few tickets are still available (for the time being at least!) to join the event from 6:30pm. Remember: the event has sold out two years in a row!
This year's event boasts a fantastic line-up of Chefs, vendors, and entertainment, and as always a raffle for two round-trip tickets to Paris on Air France. Newcomers include several chefs extraordinaires such as Carrie Nahabedian from Brindille, Elissa Narow from Vie, and Doug Psaltis from Paris Club. Also new this year is our VIP Sneak Preview starting at 5:30pm, and an all-new Spirits Lounge featuring Chicago's own Armagnac Ambassador and multiple Armagnac and food pairings (with Pastoral cheese or Vanille's Armagnac macarons!). You can learn more about participating Chefs and our incredible silent auction lots- and purchase tickets!- online at www.facc-chicago.com/passport-to-france. Venez nombreux !
