Career Change & Reinvention
Keynote speaker: Lesley Seymour
In France and the U.S, changing careers, whether by choice or due to external circumstances, can be daunting, or very exciting. In addition to the financial drivers for work, today's job changers value meaning, fulfillment and satisfaction much more than any other previous generation. People search for ways to make their work resonate with who they are and align with their strengths and passions. Sometimes, the end result is not just a career transition but a complete career reinvention. The FACC-Chicago's Women for Women Committee (W4W) is pleased to host an event to explore the role transition/reinvention plays in an evolving career in both France and the U.S. whether by choice or necessity.
