In spite of the financial crisis, 2008 was marked by an in the number of foreign projects and a relatively stable number of foreign jobs created in France compared to 2007. This makes 2008 the fourth best year for job creation and the third best year for projects since the Annual Report on Foreign Direct Investment in France was first produced in 1993.
