Job Summary

Provides leadership while managing the day to day operations of the music school and the non-profit. In addition to this, provides strategic planning for overall student and teacher enrollment.

 

General Accountabilities

  • Manages and oversees functional areas of NEdM and FAM-PS.
  • Plans, coordinates and executes incoming students’ registration.
  • In tendom with the Director, actively participates in institution planning, development, and team building.
  • In tendom with the Director actively participates in FAM-PS concert series organization.
  • Monitors student/parent and teacher satisfaction and coordinates problem resolution.
  • Ensures compliance at all times with federal and state accreditation laws, standards, and regulations.
  • In tendom with the Director develops and manages NEdM’s and FAM-PS’s budgets and prepares reports.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in education administration with a concentration in music or a degree in fine arts.
  • Experience: Three to five years of related experience preferred.
