Our panel will discuss the importance of addressing neurodiversity in the workplace and creating an environment where everyone can do their best work.

Join presenters Hiren Shukla, Global Neuro-Diverse Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader at EY, Ranga Jayaraman, Director, Neurodiversity Pathways and Natalia Lyckowski, Global Neurodiversity at IBM Business Resource Group Co-Chair for a conversation moderated by Carin Knoop, Executive Director at Harvard Business School  and expert in mental health.

Our panel will discuss the importance of addressing neurodiversity in the workplace and creating an environment where everyone can do their best work.

EY’s Boston office recently launched a program to employ and support qualified candidates whose cognitive differences, such as autism or ADHD, would typically hinder their job search process in traditional interview and networking situations.

Like EY, IBM was once again listed among the TOP companies to work for, in 2021. Both companies are strongly engaging in neurodivergent hiring and engagement. Natalia Lyckowski, an Application Developer and Global Neurodiversity Business Resource Group Co-chair at IBM will share her own experience and explain how IBM has worked to advance from neurodivergent awareness, to acceptance, and pushing to advancement.

This session is the 5th edition of FACCNE’s DEI Series produced in partnership with the French-American Chambers of Commerce of Atlanta and Chicago, AmCham France and with the support of our Platinum Members EY and IPSEN.
