Our Mission
Why we exist
The French American Chamber of Commerce of Chicago was founded in 1978 to make business between France and the United States easier, warmer, and faster. What began in Chicago now reaches across the Midwest, with partners in Wisconsin and Indiana and members throughout the region.
We are self-funded and member-led, which keeps us close to what our members actually need: the right introduction, a softer landing on a new market, and a community that celebrates each other's wins. We are also part of CCI France International, a global network of French chambers in 95 countries, so a membership in Chicago opens doors far beyond it.
Our mission is to grow the economic relationship between France and the United States, and to help companies on both sides cross the Atlantic with the right people already beside them.
The people behind the FACC are members themselves. Meet the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and team who make the introductions happen.
