The Human Capital & Resources Club at the FACC is a dedicated community of human resources professionals committed to fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and advancing best practices in HR management. Our club brings together experts from various sectors to explore the latest trends, strategies, and innovations in human resources.

Co-Chairs
Thiébaut Groner
Thiébaut is an accomplished HR professional with a degree from IAE Bordeaux and over a decade of experience. Since joining Baxter in 2016, he has held various key HR roles, including Benelux HR Manager, Global HR Analytics Project Manager, and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for EMEA. Currently, Thiébaut serves as Senior Manager HR at Baxter's headquarters, contributing significantly to the M&A team on transactions ranging from $400 million to $11 billion.
