You are welcome to contact us for bilingual positions such as: Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Sales Representative, Administrative Assistant, Inside Sales, Customer Service Representative, Field Technician, etc.

The FACC-Chicago doesn't provide services in Executive search and positions in the manufacturing industry.

How does it work?

  • Become a corporate member of the FACC-Chicago 
  • Your company name will not be posted - only a description of the industry and general location. 
  • FACC-Chicago will screen resumes & cover letters directly sent to us.
  • FACC-Chicago will do a screening call and an in-depth call with potential candidates and find at least two that are an excellent match for the position.

 

Key Milestones of the Recruitment Process:

  • Creation of the job description 
  • Post the job description 
  • Share the job offer within our network (FACC's communication channels) 
  • Review applications and select a shortlist of profiles 
  • Phone screening and reporting to the client
  • Virtual/In-person interview and reporting to the client
  • Meeting with the client to define a short list of best-suited candidates 
  • Set up an interview with the client 
  • Follow up upon contract signature
