Co-Chairs
Vincent Rambaux
Vincent is the Managing Director of the French Desk at Mazars in Chicago, specializing in financial audit and consulting for industries including automotive and food. With 19 years of experience in Lille, where he led the audit department and managed IT audit and HR, Vincent has extensive expertise in IFRS, financial instruments, and global audit assignments. He has also taught at Skema Business School.
Nicolas Raucourt
Nicolas is the Director of Accounting and Finance at Lactalis Heritage Dairy. With extensive experience in financial planning, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and more, he excels in leadership and strategic decision-making. Nicolas is known for his critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and successful execution of company-wide initiatives through effective strategic planning.
