Food and Agribusiness Committee 

In September 2019 the FACC-Chicago launched a Food and Agribusiness Committee to create a venue for industry leaders from all areas of the food and agriculture sectors to come together to network, collaborate and learn. Committee members will include professionals in manufacturing, food service, finance, research and policy.

The Committee is led by two Co-Chairs, appointed for a one-year term. The co-chairs will be the liaison between the FACC-Chicago staff and the group to organize and promote the events, to expand the network, to invite new members, and to host events, if desired.

Co-Chairs must be members of the FACC-Chicago, but non-members can participate in the programs.

 

 

Upcoming Programs

The Food & Agriculture Committee will organize three to four events each year focused on a topic selected by the group (guest speaker / panel presentation on timely issues in the field, site visit, policy discussion, etc…)

Topics and structure should be initiated by the Co-Chairs and Committee members. FACC-Chicago staff will provide logistical and promotional support.
